2020-2021 Boys Recreation and Travel Season

To Our Parents and Coaches,

We hope this finds you and your families well. We have been getting some inquiries about our basketball training sessions and regular season but have been holding off as long as possible before sending any information. We were hopeful that we would be able to have a 2020-2021 season.

For the last several weeks, we have been discussing the season with the Fort Lee Girls basketball program even abbreviating the season. The health and safety of players, coaches, referees, and families is our priority. We feel that, in this case, the risk is greater than the reward.

After considering the youth sports’ guidelines which were announced this week, due to the increase in COVID cases, the inconsistency of school closings, and the strict CDC guidelines, the leagues have decided to cancel the upcoming recreation and travel seasons.
